The PR industry takes centre stage
For one night, the people who spend their careers putting others in the spotlight are stepping into it themselves. PR Has Talent is a new live entertainment event celebrating the creativity, personality and hidden talents of people working across public relations and communications.
Expect singers, comedians, musicians, dancers, poets, magicians and plenty of surprises from across the industry.
What is PR Has Talent?
The communications industry is full of creative people, but what we bring to work is often only part of the story. Behind the consultants, agency founders, communications directors, publicists and strategists are singers, musicians, comedians, poets, dancers, magicians and performers whose colleagues may never have seen that side of them.
PR Has Talent brings those hidden talents into the spotlight.
The inaugural show will bring selected performers from across the PR and communications industry to the stage at Soho Theatre for an evening of live entertainment, unexpected talent and a little healthy industry competition.
Come to perform. Come to support your colleagues. Or simply come to discover what happens when PR people swap the pitch room for the stage.
Have you got a hidden talent?
You do not need to be a professional performer or have previous stage experience. If you work in PR or communications and have something you’d love to perform, we want to hear from you.
You could perform anything that works on a live stage.
Singing. Comedy. Music. Dance. Poetry. Spoken word. Magic. Impressions. Ventriloquism. Beatboxing. Juggling. Or something we haven’t thought of yet.
Maybe you can solve a Rubik’s Cube while juggling. Maybe you have an uncanny impression nobody at work has heard. Maybe you sing, write poetry or perform stand-up after hours.
Whatever your talent, we’d love to hear about it.
